What does serving at Monteverde mean?
Serving at Monteverde means experiencing camp in a whole new way — through serving others. Everything you do directly impacts the campers’ experience.
Monteverde volunteers serve during camp events, working alongside the team to impact lives. Permanent availability isn’t required — just consistency, commitment, and a heart to serve.
